Copyright & DMCA
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Everything you see on MinecraftSchem is uploaded by its users. We do not review uploads before they are
published, but we take copyright seriously: if something on the Site infringes your rights, tell us and we
will act.
1. Our policy in short
- Upload only what you made, or what you have permission to share.
- Do not upload builds, schematics, worlds, textures or files that belong to someone else, including paid
content from Patreon, marketplaces or other creators.
- Valid notices are acted on quickly, usually within a few days.
- Accounts that repeatedly infringe are suspended or removed.
2. How to send a takedown notice
Write to leopartebusiness@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright notice".
To be acted on, the notice must contain:
- Your full name and contact details.
- A description of the work you own and how it is protected.
- The exact URLs on minecraftschem.com of the content you are reporting.
- Proof, or a reasonable explanation, of your ownership (original files, publication dates, store or
Patreon page, project history).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or
authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your signature, electronic or physical.
Incomplete notices slow everything down, so please include the URLs.
3. What happens next
- We check the notice and, where it is valid, remove or hide the content.
- The uploader is informed and told why.
- We record the strike against the account. Repeat infringers lose access to the Site.
4. If your content was removed by mistake
You can send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject "Counter-notice",
including your contact details, the URLs removed, and an explanation of why you hold the rights or why the
use is permitted. If the counter-notice holds up, the content is restored.
5. Abuse of this procedure
Filing a knowingly false claim to take down someone else's work is itself a violation and may have legal
consequences. We keep a record of all notices received.
6. Trademarks
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. MinecraftSchem is an independent fan-made platform, not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT.
All trademarks, characters and names belong to their respective owners.
